Recipe- Fish and Chips


I love that Brian loves to cook as much as I do and that he likes making things from scratch. 

Yesterdays adventure: Fish and Chips! and here we go!


Beer Batter:

  • 1 bottle of Beer (we used Sam Adams Octoberfest)
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of mixed seasoning
    • salt, black pepper, and garlic powder
In a large bowl pour in beer.  
Slowly add the flour whisking it smooth. 
Stir in mixed seasoning.
While your cutting the potatoes have your fish siting in the batter.

Cut Potatoes into strips

We have a fryer so we fried everything.
