I am very southern so EVERYTHING I drink is out of a mason jar. I also put meals in Mason jars (Look for those recipes soon!!) But if I can put it in a mason jar, it is going in a mason jar.
So this super cool thing that most dont know about blenders and mason jars is that the blending part of the blender fits on the mason jar. MIND BLOWING isnt it!!!
So yeah that piece fits on the Mason Jar!

Alright so my prep-
At home I put in my mason jar
- 8oz of milk
- 2 scoops of my Protein Powder. For this smoothie I am using GNC Total Lean Lean Shake 25 in Vanilla
Thats it. At work I had my frozen fruits (I get a bag of them in the freezer section)
Ok at work or you can make the whole thing together!
- Add 6oz of yogurt. I like plain Greek yogurt (Chobani)
- Add frozen fruits
- ice as needed (The purpose of using frozen fruit is to not use as much ice, you dont have to use as much milk either)
Put the blending part on the mason jar and blend!!!
