In honor of St Patricks Day Brian and I cooked a Corned Beef dinner. Which is funny because this isnt even an Irish dinner...
Anyways...
What you need:
- Corned Beef- Flat cut is the best to get!
- Potatoes
- Baby carrots
- Head of cabbage
What to do:
- In a pot put the Corned Beef and water
- bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer
- Peel and cut potatoes
- Add potatoes and carrots to the pot
- In a new pot shred cabbage and fill with water
- Bring to a boil and let simmer
- Place all on a plate serve beef with mustard
- Enjoy!!!
