Recipe- Chicken Fried Rice


This is a hard one for me as I judge based off each time I make it.

Ingredients-
  • 1-2 cups of rice
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2-1 cup of frozen peas
  • Curry Powder
  • Chili Powder
First your going to cook the chicken in the oven.  375 degrees for 15 minutes on one side, flip, and cook until done.  (NO PINK)

While thats going your going to cook the rice.  Once the rice is done run cold water over it to stop it from cooking. Let that sit.

Once the chicken is done let cool and then cut it into pieces, I do smaller then bite size.

In a Wok or large frying pan scramble up your eggs until done.  
Add in the chicken and mix them all together. 
Throw in your peas and pix it up. 
Now add all the rice and continue to mix everything up.  
Add Curry powder and chili powder to color and taste. 

Serve on a plate and add soy sauce!!!

This serves 5 with leftovers!
