Ingredients:
2 pounds of beef
2 onions
4 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons of chili powder
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons dried oregano
4 14.5 ounces cans stewed tomatoes
1 15 ounce can tomato sauce
1 15 ounce can kidney beans with liquid
Directions:
Brown the beef
Combine all items in stock pot
Cook to a boil then reduce to a simmer.
Cook for an hour stirring occasionally.
Pour into a bowl add shredded cheese on top and enjoy!
We like to make chili hotdogs and chili fries!
