Recipe- Corned Beef and Cabbage Dinner

 
In honor of St Patricks Day Brian and I cooked a Corned Beef dinner.  Which is funny because this isnt even an Irish dinner...
 
Anyways...


 
What you need:
  • Corned Beef- Flat cut is the best to get!
  • Potatoes
  • Baby carrots
  • Head of cabbage
What to do:
  • In a pot put the Corned Beef and water
  • bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer
  • Peel and cut potatoes
  • Add potatoes and carrots to the pot
  • In a new pot shred cabbage and fill with water
  • Bring to a boil and let simmer
  • Place all on a plate serve beef with mustard
  • Enjoy!!!
