Recipe- Strawberry and Spinach salad



Ingrediants:

For the Salad:
  • 8 oz. fresh baby spinach, rinsed
  • ⅓ cup chopped almonds
  • 1 pint sliced strawberries

  • For the Dressing:
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil

  •  
     
    Directions:
    • In a large bowl combine spinach, Almonds, and strawberries

    • In a jar, combine lemon juice, vinegar, sugar, and oil. Shake until well combined. Store in the fridge until ready to serve. When ready to serve, give the jar a shake, pour dressing over spinach, and toss to combine.
