Homemade Bread Crumbs
Ingredients:
4 ounces of stale bread- torn into 1 inch parts
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees
Place all ingredients into a blender (I used my Quick Chef Pro) until you have coarse crumbs.
Spread crumbs evenly on a baking sheet
Bake for about 5 minutes- they must be brown and crisp.
Cool the crumbs on the pan for 15-20 minutes
Transfer to an airtight container (I used my mason Jar!) and store at room temperature for 2 weeks.
