Recipe: Homemade Chicken Strips

HomeMade Chicken Strips


Ingredients:
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
salt and pepper
depending on how many each person will eat- boneless, skinless, chicken tenders
1 cup bread crumbs
1 large egg

fryer- or vegetable oil in a pan

Directions:
Place flour, garlic salt and pepper into a ziplock bag
Place a couple piece into the bag and shake- make sure to coat the chicken
In a bowl place the bread crumbs
in a bowl whisk the egg and 1 tablespoon of water

Dip the chicken into the egg mixture then into the bread crumbs making sure the chicken is coated.
Repeat with all chicken- remember to use a clean plate!
Heat your oil to medium-high
Place chicken into oil making sure to cook both sides.  Should be about 8 minutes total. 
Set cooked chicken onto a paper towel coated plate and add salt while warm.
